Meghan Stewart
I earned my Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training, also known as sports medicine. After several years in the field, I took a step back from my full-time role upon becoming pregnant. Turning my attention to teaching High Fitness and Ballet/Dance classes on the side, my personal experiences sparked a deep interest in pregnancy and postpartum fitness.To further my expertise, I certified in pregnancy and postpartum exercise. Passionate about movement, I founded this company to empower women in their daily fitness—from pregnancy and postpartum phases to beyond. Recognizing the incredible mental and physical health benefits of movement, I am dedicated to sharing this transformative journey with others.
